Registration for the 2017 Fall season is now open.


REGISTRATION HELP:

Affinity Sports (software provider) has dedicated support lines for CYSA leagues.  If you have any technical/software issues with registration, please contact them directly at 1-877-700-1470.  

For general registration questions, please contact our league registrar at snscregistrar@gmail.com.  We have included a short walk-through of the registration process below.

FIRST, CLICK ON THE BLUE REGISTRATION LINK NEAR THE TOP BAR UNDER THE SAC NORTH CREST:

• If this is your first time registering with Sac North, please click Create New Account
• If you are a returning player. please LOGIN to access your account infomration.
• If you cannot remember your login information, please click the Forgot Username/password link and search for your existing account. 

AFTER LOG-IN, YOU WILL SEE A SERIES OF REGISTRATION SCREENS:

• Family List - please use this screen to make sure that all family members are listed and that their information is updated. Hit the Continue button at bottom of screen when finished.
• Select players/coaches from your family list for registration. 
  • Head-shots: Please upload a photo with each registration.  CYSA requires a new photo every year so we cannot use a prior picture.
  • Birth Certificate: If this is your first year with Sac North, please upload this document.
• Electronic Signing of various forms, including:  medical release, coach clearance requirements, and Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) code of conduct. Please read and indicate agreement with a check.
• Payment.
• Printing of documents or payment receipt (optional.)
